Omega TMM, Inc. is seeking a field/service technician to perform on-site installations, service calls, and customer training for Presetter products. This role requires extensive travel and collaboration with the sales team to ensure top-tier customer experiences.

You will diagnose issues, provide timely solutions, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with product updates and company standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and a clean driving record.
• Approximately 85% travel.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
• Ability to be flexible with work hours as the customer's schedule changes.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic geometry.
• Technical degree or certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site installations, warranty and non-warranty service calls, customer training, product upgrades and in-house product repairs of Presetter products to meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations.
• Be available for travel whenever necessary as scheduled by Service Manager.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions in a timely manner.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
