Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a hands-on Training Delivery & Field Support professional to lead certification programs for mobile installation teams across the US. You will deliver curriculum, certify technicians, coach on-site, and help scale partnerships with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include field assessments, live installs coaching, developing job aids, and coordinating with the Training Manager to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical school graduate; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in vehicle or equipment installation or related fields.
• Background in diagnostics/telemetrics and electronic hardware installation preferred.
• Experience training, mentoring, or coaching technicians; structured curriculum delivery valued.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to adapt instruction.
• Willing to travel 50–60% within all installation markets.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR. U.S. work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver installation training and certification curriculum in the field across all levels.
• Conduct hands-on assessments and certify technicians before field work.
• Onboard and certify new installation technician talent as programs scale.
• Document results and certifications in LMS and tracking tools.
• Provide on-site coaching during live installs and reinforce standard procedures.
• Observe installs across fleets and identify gaps, errors, and safety concerns.
• Escalate trends to training team and support corrective training.
• Support new-market launches with initial trial installs and training readiness.
• Capture field procedures and contribute to job aids and SOPs.
• Pilot and provide feedback on new training content; ensure consistency across markets.
