Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Wasilla is seeking a Master Service Technician to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues and perform advanced drivability and warranty repairs in a shop culture that feels like family. We offer a pay range of $40–$55 per flat rate hour plus a $5,000 bonus paid over 12 months, along with full benefits and a 401(k).

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm. ASE certifications encouraged; 3+ years of hands-on experience and a valid Alaska driver’s license are

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician.
• ASE certifications—we’ll support you in earning more.
• Commitment to high-quality repairs.
• A team player.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns to Hyundai factory standards.
• Perform advanced drivability, electrical, and warranty repairs.
• Lead junior technicians when needed.
• Complete routine maintenance services and multi-point inspections.
• Document all work per factory and warranty requirements.
• Communicate with service advisors about diagnostics and timelines.
