Job summary

General Services Corp. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician in Georgia to service and repair HVAC, appliances, and related systems for our residential properties. You will join a team that values reliability and customer service.

The role requires EPA Type 2 or Universal certification, at least 3 years of hands-on experience, and the ability to lift 100 lbs. A valid driver’s license and background check are required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical work.
• EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal) required.
• HVAC installation experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Criminal background check required.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.
