General Services Corporation is hiring a maintenance technician to service and repair HVAC units, appliances, and related systems in residential properties. You will ensure compliance with safety and environmental rules, perform installations and repairs, and deliver high-quality customer service to residents.

Candidates should have HVAC repair experience, EPA certification, HVAC installation and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to pass background checks and drug testing.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience and repair skills required.
• EPA Certification Type 2 or Universal required.
• HVAC installation and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.

Responsabilités

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
• Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
• HVAC installation experience
• HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
• Passing a criminal background check required
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Initiative and customer service skills
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
