General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking an HVAC and maintenance technician to provide reliable service and timely problem solving for residents. You will perform repairs, installations, and routine maintenance to ensure safe, comfortable living environments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
• EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal) required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
• Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned

Job Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
• Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
• HVAC installation experience
• HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Passing a criminal background check required
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Initiative and customer service skills
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
