General Services Corporation in Sandy Springs, GA seeks an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform repairs, installations, and servicing of HVAC systems in residential properties, ensuring safety and compliance.

A strong customer focus and the ability to work independently are essential. Required: 3+ years HVAC trade experience, EPA certification, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry and electrical skills.
• EPA certified (Type 2 or Universal).
• HVAC installation and troubleshooting experience.
• Criminal background check required and ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.

Job Responsibilities
