Job summary

You will prioritize requests, assist with repairs, and uphold safety standards while ensuring units are ready for move-in.

The role requires three years of maintenance experience, basic computer skills, and EPA HVAC certifications within the designated timeframe. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to use industry‑specific technology.
• EPA Core, Type I‑Appliances, Type II‑HVAC certifications required within timeframe.
• Own your own industry‑specific hand tools and comply with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist and oversee maintenance and repairs for the property.
• Perform apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools; monitor safety and hazards.
• Respond to service requests; coordinate with Community Manager and Service Manager.
• Ensure repairs and cleaning are completed for move-in readiness.
• Follow OSHA and federal/state/local codes and internal policies.
