Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• HVAC and appliance repair knowledge with ability to perform make-readies.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and make-readies for apartments.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and tools.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner and coordinate with management.
• Ensure safety and compliance with federal, state, and local codes.
