Job summary

BH Management, LLC is hiring a Service Technician III to support maintenance of multifamily properties. You will perform appliance and HVAC repairs, participate in make-readies, and uphold safety standards across the property.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance, intermediate computer skills, and the ability to work on-call as part of a rotating schedule. A high school diploma and EPA 608 certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• EPA 608 Certification (Appliance/HVAC) or Universal required.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC repairs.

Responsibilities

• Use industry tools to perform maintenance requests and monitor progress against standards.
• Repair appliances and HVAC components and assist with make-readies as needed.
• Identify hazards and report to managers to maintain safety.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and document activities.
• Manage tools and supplies and ensure move‑in readiness for apartments.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating weekly make-ready tasks.
