Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in Denton, TX is seeking a Service Technician I for our 300-unit apartment community located minutes from UNT and Texas Woman's University. You will turn vacant units into prepared homes for new residents and maintain the property grounds and common areas.

As a Service Technician I, you will perform minor repairs, complete duties checklists, and ensure move-in readiness. The role requires at least 6 months of apartment maintenance experience and a valid Texas driver's

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of apartment maintenance experience.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Performing minor repairs and maintenance.
• Completing a duties checklist to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready.
• Walking the property grounds and common areas, picking up trash and debris.
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager and/or Service Supervisor.

We are seeking a Service Technician I for our 300-unitapartment community minutes from the University of North Texas, Texas Woman's University, and easily accessible to I-35!As Service Technician I, you will turn vacant units into beautiful apartments, preparing them for new residents to call home. You will also be responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. Requirements

• At least 6 months of previous maintenance experience on an apartment community.
• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
