Job summary

Westdale Asset Management seeks a Service Technician I for a 310-unit luxury high-rise in Deep Ellum, Dallas. The role focuses on turning vacant units into move-in ready homes and maintaining grounds and common areas.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, can follow directions, and work well independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment. On-call weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience on an apartment community.
• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing minor repairs and maintenance.
• Completing a duties checklist to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready.
• Walking the property grounds and common areas and picking up trash and debris.
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager and/or Service Supervisor.

We are seeking a Service Technician I for our 310-unit luxury high-rise in Deep Ellum - one of Dallas's most diverse and eclectic walkable historic neighborhoods! As Service Technician I, you will turn vacant units into beautiful apartments, preparing them for new residents to call home. You will also be responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. Requirements

• At least 1 yearof previous maintenance experience on an apartment community.
• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
