Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Service Technician II for our 2,141-unit apartment community in Hurst, TX. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance maintenance to keep residents comfortable and satisfied. This hourly non-exempt role requires strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach.

You'll work Monday–Friday with on-call weekends and rotating emergencies. A Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification is required, along with at least 3 years of

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekends on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues, including A/C/heating, electrical, plumbing, appliances.
• Addressing issues with stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, tile, carpet, flooring, and ceiling leaks.

We are seeking a Service Technician II for our2,141-unit apartment community in Hurst! Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. As Service Technician II, you keep our residents happy knowing that their apartment and appliance repairs will be done quickly and professionally. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in on-site property maintenance
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies
