Job summary

Westdale Asset Management seeks a Service Technician II for a 286-unit community in North Dallas. The role handles maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances to ensure resident satisfaction. The position pays $24.00 per hour with monthly renewal bonuses in addition to base pay.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm, with weekends on-call as needed. A Texas driver’s license and Level II or Universal EPA refrigerant certification are required, with on-site property

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of on-site property maintenance experience.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team player in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekend/on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
• Bilingual EN/ES a plus.
• CPO certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues including A/C, electrical, plumbing, appliances.
• Repair stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings and flooring.
• Support resident satisfaction with timely and professional service.

Rate: $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a Service Technician II for our 286-unit community in North Dallas! Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. As Service Technician II, you keep our residents happy knowing that their apartment and appliance repairs will be done quickly and professionally. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus.
