Westdale Asset Management seeks a Service Technician I for a luxury high-rise in Deep Ellum, Dallas. This hourly, non-exempt role focuses on preparing vacant units for new residents and maintaining common areas with a commitment to teamwork.

The position requires at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, the ability to follow directions, and a Texas driver’s license. Work hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with on-call duties and weekend work as needed.

We are seeking a Service Technician I for our 310-unit luxury high-rise in Deep Ellum - one of Dallas's most diverse and eclectic walkable historic neighborhoods! As Service Technician I, you will turn vacant units into beautiful apartments, preparing them for new residents to call home. You will also be responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. Requirements

• At least 1 yearof previous maintenance experience on an apartment community.
• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Performing minor repairs and maintenance.
• Completing a duties checklist to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready.
• Walking the property grounds and common areas as well as picking up trash and debris.
• Performing any additional duties assigned by both the Community Manager and/or Service Supervisor.

Work Days: Monday - Friday
