Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in North Dallas is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain a 286-unit property. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, ensuring rapid, professional service for residents.

The role requires at least 3 years of on-site maintenance, EPA Level II or Universal Refrigerant Certification, and ability to work independently or with a team. Weekend and on-call duties may apply; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of on-site property maintenance experience.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work independently and with a team.
• Weekends and on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Addressing repairs on stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, and flooring.
• Ensuring timely and professional maintenance to residents.

Rate: $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a Service Technician II for our286-unitcommunity in North Dallas! Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. As Service Technician II, you keep our residents happy knowing that their apartment and appliance repairs will be done quickly and professionally. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in on-site property maintenance
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
