Westdale Asset Management in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Service Technician I to prepare vacant apartments for new residents and maintain the property layout. The role includes on-site work with a regular 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule, occasional weekends, and on-call duties. A driver’s license in LA or nearby is required.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage with monthly renewal bonuses in addition to base pay, plus a broad benefits package and opportunities to advance within the community.

• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call 1 week per month or as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Performing minor repairs and maintenance.
• Completing a duties checklist to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready.
• Walking the property grounds and common areas as well as picking up trash and debris.
• Performing any additional duties assigned by both the Community Manager and/or Service Supervisor.

Rate: $16.50- $17.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a Service Technician I for our 472-unitapartment community in Shreveport, Louisiana! As Service Technician I, you will turn vacant units into beautiful apartments, preparing them for new residents to call home. You will also be responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas.
