Job summary

Westdale Asset Management seeks a Service Supervisor for a 200-unit apartment community in Bossier City, Louisiana. You will oversee maintenance operations, complete repairs on vacant and occupied units, and manage the budget to keep residents satisfied and operations efficient.

This hourly non-exempt role pays $25.00 per hour, with monthly renewal and quarterly performance bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, a 401(k) match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years on-site property maintenance experience.
• 1–2 years of Service Supervisor experience in an apartment community.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• On-call every third week for emergencies.
• CAMT certification a plus.
• CPO certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Rate: $25.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a Service Supervisor for our 200-unit apartment community in Bossier City, Louisiana! As Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintenance operations on the property. Our ideal candidate has the necessary skills to complete maintenance and repairs for vacant and occupied units while working within the planned maintenance budget. Resident satisfaction is the key to our success, so our new Service Supervisor will be committed to handling maintenance requests timely and professionally. If you have successful experience in apartment maintenance with demonstrated skills in leadership, maintenance, and customer service, this is a great opportunity!

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• One to two years of Service Supervisor experience at an apartment community.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every third week for emergencies.
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) a plus.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus!

Responsibilities

• Accountability for all maintenance operations on the property while working within the planned maintenance budget.
• Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues for vacant and occupied units
• Maintaining all service and safety records in compliance with federal, state, and local law.
• Performs any additional duties assigned by Community Manager or Regional Director.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every 3rd week for emergencies.
Required License or Certification: Valid LA Driver’s License; Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
