Groundworks, North America’s leading foundation repair and water management specialist, is seeking a Service Technician to support customers after installation. You will inspect and service existing Groundworks solutions and help customers explore additional options.

Travel to homes, build lasting relationships, provide product recommendations, perform maintenance, diagnose issues, and install added products as needed.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute appointments scheduled with customers.
• Travel to customers’ homes based on assigned appointments.
• Build long-term relationships and professionally represent Groundworks.
• Recommend additional products and services to improve installations.
• Perform annual maintenance visits and diagnose issues.
• Install additional products as needed and ensure safety compliance.
• Document job status and communicate with the Service Manager.
• Punctual attendance and reliability are essential.
• Additional duties as assigned.
