Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and repairs across buildings and amenities at our Georgia properties. You will diagnose defects, execute repairs, and support daily operations to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

The role requires hands-on use of tools, adherence to safety policies, and effective collaboration with on-site teams to manage work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and follow department policies.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders within 24 to 48 hours.
• Performs pre-move-out inspections and prepares punch lists.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Inspects work for quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Attends safety meetings and training.
