Job summary

Gallery Residential in Atlanta is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet our standards for cleanliness, appearance, and safety. The role requires completing work orders, coordinating with vendors, and supporting ongoing safety programs.

You will handle 24–48 hour responses, prep vacant units, and assist in inspections while working with residents and on-site teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with hand and power tools is preferred.
• Good reading, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders within 24–48 hours and maintains routine property upkeep.
• Prepares vacant apartments via make-ready, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Tracks materials, inspects work, and ensures safety and code compliance.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, performs cleaning and minor painting as needed.
• Supports safety programs and OSHA training compliance.
