Job summary

Ironhide Equipment, a dealer for Bobcat, Develon, Manitou, and Gravely, seeks a Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair compact and heavy equipment in shop or field environments.

You will coordinate with Parts to source parts, work with Warranty Administration to verify coverage, and document repairs while maintaining a safe, organized work area. The role supports rentals, pre-delivery inspections, and customer demos to ensure uptime and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and diesel systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for field work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment in shop or field with safety and quality focus.
• Coordinate with Parts to request and stage parts to minimize downtime.
• Partner with Warranty Administration to verify coverage and document repairs.
• Prepare detailed write-ups for work orders with diagnostics, actions, parts, and labor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; support rentals and customer demos.
