  • Partner with Warranty Administration to verify coverage and complete repair documentation per OEM/vendor requirements.
  • Complete detailed write‑ups for all work orders, including diagnostics performed, corrective actions, parts used, and labor times.
  • Perform repairs safely and efficiently, following shop procedures and manufacturer service information.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including tools, service trucks, and shared spaces.
  • Support rentals, pre‑delivery inspections, and customer demos as needed to keep customers and fleets working.
  • Other duties as assigned to support our customers and team.
YOUR KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND MORE
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical/trade school or 3+ years of equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven problem‑solving, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills across hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and diesel systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to use OEM service information, wiring diagrams, and technical bulletins.

  • Demonstrated professionalism and respect toward coworkers and customers; acts as an ambassador of the Ironhide brand.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable record; ability to operate/service trucks and travel locally for field work.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds frequently and maneuver heavy components with proper equipment.
  • Operate in a fast‑paced environment with frequent standing, bending, climbing, and use of hand/power tools.
  • Work in varying weather conditions (hot, cold, wind, dust) during field service calls.
