Job summary

Cunningham Security Systems is hiring a Service Technician Dispatcher to coordinate service appointments and route planning for our field technicians in Wiscasset, ME. This on-site role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and customer service to ensure timely and smooth service delivery.

You will use maps and scheduling software to optimize routes, manage daily queues, and collaborate with production.

• Customer service experience; experience assisting customers by phone is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust as scheduling needs change.
• A positive, solution-focused approach to customer interactions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn our CRM system.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Location: Wiscasset, ME (On-Site) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $20–$24 per hour Position Type: Full-Time

In this role, you’ll work closely with our customers, service technicians, and production department to coordinate appointments, organize daily service needs, and create a positive customer experience.
