Job summary

Reach Technologies is seeking a field-service technician to perform diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance on printer devices within an assigned Alabama territory. You will manage parts inventory, maintain equipment per OEM specs, and deliver outstanding customer service while working independently.

Requirements include 2-3 years of related experience with certified training preferred, a valid driver's license, and strong time management. The role is based at our Alabama location.

• Maintaining an accurate assigned car stock of parts inventory

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge* MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook)
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, bend down, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at floor level, and walk long distances
• Work Location: Work from our AL location
