Job summary

Reach Technologies is an authorized service provider for Kyocera/Copystar, HP, Lexmark, Brother, Epson, and KIP

Reach has offices in GA, FL, TN, AL, WV/OH with our Corporate Office in Buford, GA.

Reach sells hardware, copiers, printer and IT services, Office Supplies, Print/Promo, and mailing systems.

Duties3>

• Performing diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance
• Maintaining equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
• Managing an assigned territory of printer devices or MFP’s
• Maintaining an accurate assigned car stock of parts inventory
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Contributing as a team player
• Must be able to work independently and possess strong time management

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years related experience, with certified training preferred
• Desire and ability to work independently and reliably
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong time management and organization skills and self-motivator
• Basic computer knowledge* MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook)
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, bend down, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at floor level, and walk long distances
