Job description

Reach Technologies is an authorized service provider for Kyocera/Copystar, HP, Lexmark, Brother, Epson, and KIP. Reach has offices in GA, FL, TN, AL, WV/OH with our corporate office in Buford, GA. Reach sells hardware, copiers, printer and IT services, office supplies, print/promotions, and mailing systems.

Duties

• Perform diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance
• Maintain equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
• Manage an assigned territory of printer devices or MFPs
• Maintain an accurate assigned car stock of parts inventory
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Contribute as a team player
• Work independently with strong time management

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years related experience, certified training preferred
• Desire and ability to work independently and reliably
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent customer relation skills
• Strong time management, organization skills, and self-motivator
• Basic computer knowledge: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, work at floor level, and walk long distances

Work Location: Work from our AL location.

Job Type: Full-time.
