Job summary

Lithia & Driveway operates DCH Toyota of Torrance, seeking a Service Technician with 1+ year of automotive experience. You will diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles, perform complex repairs, and conduct maintenance while communicating status to service advisors. A strong team environment and opportunities for ASE and factory training are highlighted.

This on-site role offers competitive pay. With a high-volume shop, you’ll work on a range of Toyota models in a modern facility.

Qualifications

• 1+ year automotive service technician experience.
• ASE certifications and manufacturer training preferred but not required.
• Diagnostic and repair skills in a busy shop.
• Valid driver’s license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles per manufacturer standards.
• Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, drivability, and diagnostic repairs.
• Complete maintenance services.

Now Hiring: Service Technicians - All Experience Levels

• Pay: $16.90 - $70.00 Hourly/Flat Rate, depending on level
• Schedule: Full Time
• Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 7:00am - 5:00pm.

What You’ll Do

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $16.90 - $70.00.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
