A leading automotive dealership in Middletown, New York, is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to perform high-quality automotive repairs and services. This full-time position requires Class A or B technicians with Toyota/Lexus experience preferred. Responsibilities include diagnosing malfunctions and ensuring customer satisfaction in a busy, well-equipped shop. Competitive compensation based on experience with excellent benefits. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• Class A and/or B level technicians, Toyota/Lexus brand experience preferred.
• Shop Foreman experience is a huge plus.
• Up-to-date, active ASE and manufacturer certifications desired.

Experienced Automotive Technician

Pay: $23 to $40+ per flat rate hour, based on experience.

Department Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm; Saturday 7:30 am - 2:30 pm.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
