Job summary

Priority Toyota Springfield is hiring automotive technicians to perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and inspections on vehicles. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, complete repairs to dealership standards, and maintain a safe, organized workspace while collaborating with the service team.

Eligible for a flat-rate pay structure ($20–$45) with short-term and long-term incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience at any level is welcome, from entry to master.
• Toyota experience and/or Toyota certifications are a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently.
