Job summary

DCH Toyota Scion of Oxnard is hiring a Service Technician Class C to diagnose and repair vehicles per repair orders, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance. The role includes road-testing vehicles, recording hours, and maintaining documentation.

Candidates should have 3+ years of automotive experience, be manufacturer-trained, and hold ASE certifications as applicable. A valid driver's license is required, with opportunities for ongoing training and certification renewals.

Qualifications

• Must be manufacturer-trained and able to perform repairs in listed areas with no supervision.
• 3+ years Automotive experience required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs per repair order with efficiency and accuracy per manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunction and road-test vehicles to verify quality.
• Record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures and document results.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of customer vehicles on return.
• Obtain and maintain ASE and manufacturer certifications; participate in required training.
