Job summary

DNOW is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service through on-site field work, diagnostics, and timely reporting. This role emphasizes self-starting initiative, strong communication, and teamwork to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

You will conduct installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing, while documenting processes and adhering to safety and company procedures. A flexible shift schedule and mobile tool familiarity are expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral/written communication.
• Assembly experience preferred.
• Basic reading skills and ability to follow directions.
• Troubleshooting, testing, and servicing of technical equipment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

Responsibilities
