Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Service Technician for our Roanoke, VA office. You will diagnose, repair, and service installed window and door products while keeping customers informed throughout the process. This role requires hands-on carpentry experience and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

You will join a supportive team with a focus on customer satisfaction, community involvement, and opportunities for professional growth. A background check may be part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of window installation, carpentry finishing and/or remodeling experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record of superior workmanship.
• Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and repair on previously installed window and door products.
• Analyze customer situations and determine corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep track of service orders and maintain communication with customers.
• Follow established company guidelines and procedures regarding work performed.
• Maintain inventory of all service parts and replenish as necessary.
• Occasionally perform new installations.

Renewal by Andersen, the replacement division of Andersen Windows, is looking for a Service Technicianto to join its growing team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. This is also an opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a passionate, close-knit team. This position will be at our new Roanoke office.

Duties

• Providing service and repair on previously installed window and door products.
• Analyzing customer situations and determining corrective actions to be taken and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Compensation

• $20-$23 per hour (based on experience)
• Monthly bonus opportunities
