Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Window/Door Installation Service Technician to provide superior customer service while servicing and repairing installed Renewal by Andersen products in the Tampa area. You will support installation solutions that meet customer expectations and uphold our premium product standards.

The role requires measuring, installing, and repairing, with focus on safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 2 yrs of Construction or Home Improvement Experience.
• At least 2 yrs of Customer Service Experience and Conflict Resolution Skills.
• Ability to service and repair previously installed windows and doors.
• Ability to conduct technical measures required for window/door installation.
• Prior experience with Renewal by Andersen product installation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure dimensions and determine proper installation methods for our products.
• Install replacement windows and doors with precision and adherence to company standards.
• Perform comprehensive service and repair on previously installed Renewal by Andersen products to ensure installation solutions match our customer expectations.
• Analyze customer concerns, determine appropriate corrective actions, and verify that solutions are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Maintain and keep the service van organized.
• Complete and submit all required operational documentation accurately and on time.
• Present a professional image and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
