Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Service Technician for Porsche Beverly Hills. The role involves diagnosing and repairing Porsche vehicles to manufacturer standards, including advanced mechanical and electrical work, and completing maintenance services in a busy shop environment.

We offer a flat-rate pay structure with potential incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. A valid driver’s license is required and ASE certification is preferred for career growth within the Porsche network.

Dealership: L0835 Porsche Beverly Hills Porsche of Beverly Hills Hiring: Service Technicians with 3 years minimum experience Pay: $18.42 - $60.00 Hourly/Flat Rate, depending on level Schedule: Full-time. Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 7:00am - 5:00pm.

What You'll Do

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $18.42 - $60.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
