Lithia & Driveway owns the Porsche Downtown LA dealership, where a Full-Time Automotive Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain Porsche vehicles. The role emphasizes adherence to manufacturer standards, clear communication with service advisors, and maintaining high productivity, quality, and safety in a modern shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $18.42 - $62.70. This is a Flat Rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
