Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is hiring Main Line Service Technicians in the United States. The position offers a flat-rate pay model ranging from $18.42 to $55.00 per hour, with a 5-day work week and Sundays off.

You will inspect, diagnose, and recondition pre-owned vehicles to dealership standards, ensuring vehicles are ready for sale and customer delivery. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of automotive technician experience, basic repair knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year automotive technician experience.
• Dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle repair procedures.
• ASE certifications are optional.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition pre-owned vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Ensure all used vehicles are retail-ready by completing quality inspections and necessary repairs.
• Perform mechanical and cosmetic reconditioning to prepare vehicles for sale.
• Deliver high-quality expertise while meeting safety, quality, and production standards.
• Help ensure every pre-owned vehicle is customer-ready before it reaches the sales lot.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $18.42 - $55.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
