Job summary

HomePro, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot our security and home automation systems at customer sites. You will be the face of the company, delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on electrical and wiring skills, independent work habits, and a valid driver’s license. We offer full-time employment with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Media/Security System experience as a Service Technician.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable with a good attendance record.
• Experience in Home Building, Remodeling/Construction is a PLUS!!

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of company products.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Keep track of all tools and equipment and maintain service vehicle.
• Ensure all safety measures are taken while completing tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned

The Service Technician responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and trouble-shooting of our systems at our customer's sites. Our Service Technicians are the face of our company and play a key role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of company products.

• Provide technical support to customers

• Keep track of all tools and equipment and maintain service vehicle

• Ensure all safety measures are taken while completing tasks

• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and mechanical abilities

• Experience with electrical wiring and home automation systems

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Valid driver's license

Education & Experience Required
