Job summary

HomePro is seeking an Electrical Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential electrical systems and home automation solutions. You will serve as the on-site representative, delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in residential electrical service, a High School diploma or GED, and a valid Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license. Experience with home automation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential electrical service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license required.
• Home automation/electrical installation experience is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components in residential areas.
• Providing technical support to customers.
• Maintaining service vehicle and ensuring all equipment is accounted for.
• Following safety procedures during execution of tasks.

The Electrical Service Technician's main responsibilities entail installation, maintenance, and general electrical services for our customers. Serving as our representative on-site, your role is crucial in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties

• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components in residential areas.

• Providing technical support to customers

• Maintaining service vehicle and ensuring all equipment is accounted for.

• Following safety procedures during execution of tasks.

• Performing any additional duties as necessary. Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager

Necessary Skills & Abilities

• Excellent communication skills

• Effective problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with electrical systems and components

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Valid driver's license

• Valid Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician License

Required Education & Experience

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Residential Electrical service is required

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required

• Prior experience in home automation/electrical installation is a major advantage
