Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions is hiring a Pest Control Technician to protect homes and families. Youll be the face of our company, with commission on new and existing accounts along your route.

We provide a fully equipped company vehicle, comprehensive training, and coaching from industry leaders. Enjoy day shifts, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, year‑round work, and opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Safely maneuver and navigate through crawlspaces and attics.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Obtain a local Pesticide License (training and testing fees covered).

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services maintaining a proactive mindset.

POSITION: Pest Control Technician

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.

We give you the tools, training, and support to succeed from your fully equipped company vehicle and expert coaching from industry leaders. Whether you're treating a home, solving a tough pest issue or introducing a neighbor to our services, every day you’ll make a real difference.

SALES, BONUS & COMMISSIONS

• 10% UP FRONT and an additional 25% on the BACK END of the contract value
