Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions in Dallas, OR is seeking a Pest Control Technician to protect homes and families while delivering outstanding service. You’ll be the face of the company, using our tools and coaching to succeed on every route.

Expect competitive pay of $22–$24 per hour plus incentives, bonuses, and commissions on new accounts. Training for pesticide licensing is provided, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Safely maneuver and navigate through crawlspaces and attics.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Obtain a local Pesticide License (we cover training & testing fees).

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services with a proactive mindset and high customer service standards.
• Represent the company in homes, protecting customers and families.
• Earn commissions on new accounts and participate in incentive programs.

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.

We give you the tools, training, and support to succeed from your fully equipped company vehicle and expert coaching from industry leaders. Whether you're treating a home, solving a tough pest issue or introducing a neighbor to our services, every day you’ll make a real difference.

SALES, BONUS & COMMISSIONS

• 25% commission on new sales, paid on the next check after the initial service is completed.
