Job summary

Morgan Properties in Gahanna, OH is seeking Floating Service Technicians to support Annhurst Apartments and multiple communities. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and help ready apartments for move-ins.

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances.

• Ability to work independently across different sites.

What You'll Do

• Knock out service requests and stay ahead of breakdowns with preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Get apartments move-in ready for new residents
• Leave every resident glad they called, with service that’s professional and respectful
• Support multiple communities while holding the same quality standard at each one

What We're Looking For

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
