Job summary

Morgan Properties in Gahanna, OH is hiring Floating Service Technicians to service Annhurst Apartments and other communities, offering variety, autonomy, and a supportive team.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and get units move-in ready while maintaining high service standards. EPA/HVAC certification is a plus and the company will help you earn it.

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry is expected.
• EPA/HVAC certification is a plus and we’ll help you earn it.
• Ability to work independently and adapt across multiple sites.
• A technician who follows through and takes pride in the fix.

Responsibilities

• Knock out service requests and prevent breakdowns with preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Get apartments move-in ready for new residents.
• Provide professional and respectful service to residents.

What You'll Do
