Morgan Properties is hiring Service Technicians for Preserve at Sagebrook in Miamisburg, OH. Join our team to service residents across a 336-unit community, handling maintenance calls, turns, and preventative work to ensure move-in ready homes.

We value hands-on skills and a proactive approach. EPA certs are preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required. Morgan Properties offers training, benefits, and a path to advancement in a national multifamily portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of apartment, residential, or building maintenance experience preferred
• EPA Certification preferred, or the willingness to earn it - we'll support you
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and general maintenance
• A technician who digs until they find the real cause, not just the quick fix
• Someone residents trust on sight and teammates can count on to follow through
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Take care of resident service requests with workmanship you'd be comfortable putting your name on
• Stay ahead of problems through preventative maintenance across the community
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and general maintenance issues
• Pitch in on apartment turns and make-ready projects so new residents walk into a finished home
• Keep curb appeal sharp and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming
• Take your share of the on-call rotation so residents are covered after hours
