Qualifications

• 1+ years of apartment, residential, or building maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification preferred, or willingness to earn it with company support.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and general maintenance.
• Digs deep to find root causes, not just quick fixes.
• Residents trust you and teammates can rely on you to follow through.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests with workmanship you’re proud to put your name on.
• Perform preventative maintenance across the community.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and general maintenance issues.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready projects for move-in-ready homes.
• Keep curb appeal, common areas clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Share in the on-call rotation for after-hours coverage.

What You'll Do

• Take care of resident service requests with workmanship you'd be comfortable putting your name on
• Stay ahead of problems through preventative maintenance across the community
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and general maintenance issues
• Pitch in on apartment turns and make-ready projects so new residents walk into a finished home
• Keep curb appeal sharp and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming
• Take your share of the on-call rotation so residents are covered after hours

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of apartment, residential, or building maintenance experience preferred
• EPA Certification preferred, or the willingness to earn it — we'll support you
