Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician dedicated to protecting homes and families. You’ll be the face of our company, delivering outstanding service with a proactive mindset and a positive attitude.

You will earn $18–$20 per hour plus incentives, bonuses, and commissions on new accounts, with paid time off, holidays, and clear advancement opportunities as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Safely maneuver and navigate through crawlspaces and attics.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Obtain a local Pesticide License (we cover training & testing fees).

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset.
• Preserve exceptional customer service while protecting homes and families.
• Earn commission by recommending services along your route.
• Utilize a fully equipped company vehicle with coaching from industry leaders.

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.

We give you the tools, training, and support to succeed from your fully equipped company vehicle and expert coaching from industry leaders. Whether you're treating a home, solving a tough pest issue or introducing a neighbor to our services, every day you’ll make a real difference.

WHAT WE OFFER

SALES, BONUS & COMMISSIONS

• 25% commission on new sales, paid on the next check after the initial service is completed.
• $2 per each completed mosquito stop

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating Saturday's
