Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Floating Service Technician for our 192-unit community. Earn $23.00–$25.00/hour base pay with a 50% rent discount and robust benefits, including medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with company match, and paid holidays. Live where you work and enjoy on-call incentives.

Responsibilities include maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, plus responding to service tickets and keeping the property in top condition.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education).
• Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus.

What You'll Do

What You Need

• Valid driver's license + personal vehicle
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.
