Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Floating Service Technician for our 775-unit community. Earn $22.00–$26.00 per hour base pay and enjoy up to 50% rent discount, plus a full benefits package.

You will handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliances, respond to service tickets, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.

Qualifications

• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience or equivalent training/education.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to service tickets and keep the property in top shape.
