Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair units at our 265-unit Fort Worth community. Earn a $1,500 sign-on bonus and enjoy a rent discount up to 50% while working with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education).
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus — not required to apply.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle; live within 30 minutes of the property.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to service tickets and keep the property in top shape; be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.

• $22.00–$27.00/hour base pay

What You'll Do

What You Need

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.
