DNOW L.P. is seeking a Field Service Technician in Casper, WY to provide on-site service, installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of equipment while delivering excellent customer support.

You will troubleshoot technical issues, generate detailed service reports, and collaborate with the technical team to advise customers and improve field operations, while adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, in oral and written communications.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
• Flexible shifts and adaptation to changing schedules.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

Responsabilidades

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• - Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions
• - Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
• - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea
• - Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• - Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
